Missing a week is not a big deal, you will find that the extra rest will do you good. Just pick up where you left off. If more than a week just repeat your last workout and move on.

Slept in until 7am. Had breakfast and coffee and I am enjoying the lull before a morning of shopping for groceries and other stuff. This afternoon I plan on running a 5 or 10k, I'll see how I feel once I start and then some yoga after that. tonight will be an action pack evening watching Duck Dynasty.

The calculators are just a guide and because everyone is different the numbers can be adjusted. Also you have to take into account if you are new to working out you will be building muscle fast so any fat loss in lbs is outweighed by muscle gain from newbie gains.
