I have to agree -- roasted is my favorite too... I like to take leftovers; chop into smaller pieces and use in an omelet. :)

Yes, I weigh anyway. Ironically, I've found most of the time I weigh heavier the week before - even though I don't have PMS or feel bloated. I highly recommend being fitted for a pair of shoes. I'm not sure where you live but Fleet Feet stores are one of the best in my opinion. I've been in Saucony Ride 4 for the past 3 years (not the same pair - a new pair each year) :smile: .

I'm doing a Thanksgiving Day 5K in the AM & my family is doing the fun run. I plan to track what I eat - enjoy in moderation vs. stuffing myself.
