Hi! I am 5'10" ... almost 5'11" I used to be insecure about my height, but I feel good about it now! I would wear heals, but holy cow, when I take 3 steps I practically topple over!

I like to cut up an apple, put it in my mini crockpot add a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of cinnamon and it is very sweet and yummy :) and apples are good for you! haha

It is so true. I thought for sure I would be a lot healthier after I made the change, but it really just got worse. I mean, even when I would eat salads from restaurants (even without the dressing) and I found out they were more calories than the stupid burgers. hahaha It sucked and I felt so dumb.
