You have to let loose and enjoy a little but for what it's worth, try working out at least one weekend day. If you're doing PX 90 or running 4-5 miles on Sat you're less likely to have too many on friday night I've found! Good luck.

Assume you found a solution but had same issue.... I only ingest that stuff when it's mixed with a shake or smoothie. Usana has some decent tasting powders that work well and add some whey!

nah....I think (and have read) depending on water, caffeine, tons of things your weight can fluctuate 2-3 pounds. I usually do it once or twice a week at same day/same time and scale etc.

I do think that it overestimates. I use a heart strap/watch which give me loads of stats but also calories burned. (It's suunto where you log your height/weight/age etc prior to using). I take those #s and input them.

I ran a marathon 5 years and now struggle to run a 5K. Got back into it by doing run/walk initially (run 3 minutes, walk 2 minutes) but for same mileage or time.
