I have some watermellon, carrots or baked scoops with salsa. The spicy salsa does wonders for your appetite and kind of makes you not want to eat anymore. I read it in some health magazine and it actually works. haha. If all else fails I put in my retainer or crest white strips.

I've found it's better to eat a few desserts now and then, rather than binge when you realize you haven't had chocolate in a month. haha. Goodluck!

I comsume soo much chocolate at this time. I started getting crest white strips and just sticking them in when I want to eat. Also, Weight Watchers ice cream is amazing.
