We are going to the Zoo-De-Mack in 3 wks so I will have to say my goal should be more than 50mi since that's a 50mi ride. I will say 75mi to be on the safe side but plan on getting more than that! :)

i did the program the manditory 6 mo and was not really that pleased with anything they had to offer other than finding out my "true" metabolism rate. I also do not like their philosophy of not eating back your calories when you exercise, their answer to me was there's no accurate way to know how many calories you burn…

I workout 3 days a week going to Zumba and tried a standard wrist heart rate monitor, it showed similar results: 200 calories burned for 60 mins. i have several friends in the class that have chest strap/continuous heart rate monitor and theirs show 900-1100 calories burned.
