Yesssssss, I feel you. I feel like I'm stuck in this box. Nothing ever changing. The ups and downs. I'm ready to break out. I'm feeling sooooooo frustrated. Time for me to change today.

I know how you feel. I have boxing gloves. Sometimes I put it on and start to hit stuff. Soon I start to sweet and it works. Try looking at some videos of home work outs that are simple. You can google it. Good luck.

I would like to be your friend. I'm looking to push myself hard by working out at least 4 times per week. Tracking and eating healthy and being positive. I have a weight loss goal of 20 pounds. This i can do if I stay focused. Anyhelp is welcomed. We can shared idea's and tip/tricks.
