YESS, they harass me as well because I have 0 blood type - the kind that can give to EVERYONE, but only receive from the same type of 0 blood types. I finally just fibbed to get them to stop calling me, but that was JUST this week. We'll see if that worked!

THAT IS EXACTLY my problem. I'm so scared I'll overeat in the day that I wont eat and end up starving at night. Meaning, I'll just eat something and keep going and just doesnt end well for me. I'm learning to control that. I chew a lot of gum, ALOT.

Right now >> I feel horrible, sad/depressed/ a failure because I'm at my highest weight which ISN'T that high to others, but for my body frame, it just doesnt look great esp since its in the tummy area ya know?! So if my BMR is bw 1302-1376 and because I work at a sedentary type job, I have 1594 calories on that end. If I wanna lose weight, I should try eating 1400 calories - right in bw 1303-1594 ?? So I have a question: Fit2Fat calculated my BMR between 1303 // 1376 and then because my job is a desk job and is sedentary, the calories for that is 1594 .. So to eat as if I lost the weight and TO LOSE the weight, do I eat around 1400 calories ??
