I wouldn't worry about it. A "normal" day for me means double or more of the daily fiber that mfp says I need. It's real easy to do when you are doing your best to eat clean.

Hi, I think I'm following a similar diet. I'm currently doing 1500 per day. I have been amazed at the amount of sugar in "healthy" foods. I'm currently not diabetic, but it runs very strongly in my family and i had gestational diabetes while pregnant with 2 of my children. Complex carbs ( green and brown) seem to be lower…

My tipping point was when I stepped on the scale to reveal a body that was 194.6 lbs. I'm 5'8" and my size 10 clothes were getting snug. a large frame as it is ( size 11 shoe), I knew I didn't need the extra weight. So here I am on my quest to be a healthier person .
