    Hi. My name is Monica. I have been using My Fitness Pal since April. My daughter-in-law showed my the site on her phone and got me to do it with her. I have lost 25 pounds so far. I hope to get my husband involved too. He is always saying "I need to loose some weight". So this has really helped for me. And I put in everything, even when I eat something I shouldn't. It make me feel bad to enter the stuff so I don't eat it! Hope this helps. If you want to add me just let me know and you can.
