I prefer running outside and have better runs when I do. For me, I'm more likely to stop my workout on the treadmill when I feel like I can't go any further. When I'm outside, I seem to keep going since I still have to get home anyway. I'd switch it up a bit just to make your routine seem "different'.

My body obviously doesn't require a whole lot of extra hydration to "feel" satisfied. If I didn't force it, I could easily drink just 4 cups of coffee a day and be fine. Drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water a day is very difficult for me and I'm lucky if I can get 2 in on my easier exercise days. What a horrible…

Never made protein pancakes but my favorite protein powder is 100% Any Whey Protein Powder. It's almost tasteless and seems to be the least likely to change the consistency of my foods. I've never been a fan of "flavored" protein powders so this works great for me. Anyone have a better suggestion on a tasteless protein…

Woo Hoo!!! I know what a high it is to reach a milestone. My advice for distance??? Every run, make yourself run at least as far as you did the day before but try to go a little further (even if its just a few feet)!
