Seasoning was salt and pepper but you can add whatever you like.

Didn't peel beet root. Don't think canned would work as they wet and vinegary! About 359 calls for that batch enjoy!

if they are stored in oil I first drain them then pat them with kitchen paper to get rid of as mich oil as possible. What are yours in?

I borrowed a friends last year with a view to buying one myself and was not impressed. Did not work up a sweat and there was way too much slow time for my liking.

Well done. I quit too 20 odd years ago. Try to replace the smoking situations with helthy non food situation........you will break the habit eventually just stick with it.

Only prep the food you need so there are no leftovers. If you want something more eat a raw carrot. If you don't fancy that you are not hungry.

Last 10kg to go and I will not do it drinking what I am having right now so going to only have alcohol on a Friday till I get to 75kg. Support required!! Last night was the first night without and had a cup of tea after dinner and diet soft drink before. Fingers crossed because I sooooo want this to work!!!
