There is also a machine I've heard called the roman chair you stand up with your back against a pad and hold on to bars you then lift your legs. You can either lift them straight out, lift and bend at the knees or bend your knees and pull your legs up swinging them in a figure 8 motion. It's really good for your lower abs…

after reading your post i started looking for myself. i went to jcpenny and they have some really cute ones that cover your tummy and look like they would flatter, not expose. hope this helps!

When I first started on here I didn't have a heart rate monitor. Once I got one I actually found that I was burning more than what mfp said I was. So congrats on burning so many, now yard work really pays off!
