  • I did just the regular fix. Trying to get through this weekend for my final weigh in. I think I just ate so bad before that my body is reacting to it!

  • Lovetolose the lower is tough on me too. That first exercise gets me right away. Stick with it!
  • It is a polar HRM. I also use a fitbit flex but it doesn't do HR. Using your charge will be fun though. When I am not sick I always do laps around the house to get my steps in. It motivates me to see it complete each day.
  • Welcome to the group Shauna. I am on day 18 of my first round. I haven't been perfect but am still seeing results. This last week should be interesting as I haven't been able to do any workouts. I will be starting a new round as well.

  • Question for the group. I barely bumped up to a level when figuring my calories. As soon as I lost a pound I technically drop to the lower level. Should I switch to the lower level now or wait until my next 21 days?
  • I mostly drink the strawberry but just got a variety pack and tried I chocolate. I like it and vanilla. The vanilla it depends what else I put in it. I have the vegan strawberry but haven't tried it. My friend said the strawberry vegan need a squirt of lemon to offset the taste but I haven't tried it yet.

I am on Day 15 and am down 6.1 lbs but I know that would be at least 3lbs higher if I would have stayed on track both weekends!   • I am using one also but it is different. It only tracks containers. I am still logging on MFP because I like to look back at my food for ideas. But it nice not always carrying my tracking paper with me.

  • Agreed. I use both and it sounds like you just have a bad HRM. I love my HRM for my workout calories. I have not had any of the issues you have and I have had mine since 07. The fitbit is awesome but not for what you want to use it for. Hope that helps a little. Good luck.

  • I too binge. There are a lot of reasons stress, boredom, sadness and once I start I can't stop. If I stay busy I do much better. I wish I had an answer for all of. Just know you aren't alone and if you find a solution, I am listening.

  • Try some strength training, you'll burn fat all over and your muscles will get stronger. You'll start losing inches off your belly (and everywhere else.) I agree with the above comment as well
  • I am 43 and feel the same way. Even the scale moves slow for me. I can see changes but my midsection isn't one of them. Good luck to you!!
