Started today....second time around. I had problems with my knee the 1st time, but bought a wrap so hopefully that will help. I'm riding my road bike as well for extra cardio now that the weather has changed.

Mine was just delivered a few days ago, bought all the food, read all the books....I'm starting today...like your idea of blogging to stay accountable but don't know how to do that. any words of wisdom before I begin this 90 day journey?

I am soooooo sorry to hear this Jessi, I lost a horse last year so I completely understand. I've posted all the weeks so we can all progress at our own pace. Things will get better soon

Yes I tried the couch to 5km as well for a few weeks but found using my phone app was such a pain.....I use my timex interval watch which works better

Awesome job girls!! I ran 3 intervals on the treadmill 4.9-5.1-5.3 it always goes faster than I expected :smile: thank goodness!

We have snow here so I plan to run 2 runs on the treadmill and one run outside (weather permitting). For my treadmill runs I work progressively 4.9 - 5.1 - 5.3mph when running and 3.8 for the walks.

I had to go out of town unexpectedly....I did exercise at the hotel...but didn't shred (should have brought the video with me, but weights wouldn't be possible) ran anyways :smile: finished day 11

done level 1...i really am noticing a difference in that the ab routines are getting easier and I'm always in a good mood :bigsmile:

yes I now know that it is the jumping jacks and side lunges that are causing me problems.... Foe Jumping Jacks: my modified movement is the jump rope for my legs combined with the jumping jack arms....that and wrapping my knee helped alot. Side llunge....modified it with a squat. Seems to be any movement that stresses my…

I only went down 1 pound...lost inches in most places...but gained inches in my waist...huh? now that's weird

I so didn't want to do it today....waited until 9:45pm, then dug deep for my energy and motivation....and completed Day 7 :bigsmile:

Day two done...felt alittle easier...jello arms :laugh: My worst problem is actually the stretching at the end...I can barely reach forward....any suggestions for flexibility?

Oh I hear ya....my arms were killing me last night...it took me forever to fall asleep :sad: I'm going to keep at it though....no pain no gain!!!

Great job everyone who just finished Day 1 !!!!! My daughter did it with me which pushed me more as she is very athletic. I did pretty good :wink:
