Any February Challenges being planned yet?
I was new to MFP since January and made this my 1st challenge. This group has been extremely motivating for me and I'm looking to do another similar challenge for February (I'm even open to doing this one again). Anyone have anything planned yet? 5km Running Challenge
Hey is anyone up to running a 5km race with me in March? I did a running clinic years back and the program was great for those who had never ran before. Its a walk/run program designed so you slowly prepare muscles/joints to minimize injuries. It is an 8 week commitment of running 3x per week. I will post every weekend…

Knee problems?
Hey is anyone having any knee problems? My one knee cap is giving out on me. I'm thinking of getting a knee wrap..would this help?
