  • I know this is an old post, but very interesting. I also tried IF and did lose BF (evident by my abs finally showing). Didn't do it long enough to gain muscle, but I felt really good doing IF.
  • I used to eat prior to working out, but find my best workouts are on an empty stomach, somewhat fasted. I don't like feeling "full" while pushing the weights. I may take in some BCAA's but that would be about it.
  • I'm also very interested in trying it. I can recall times in the past where I would gorge on junk before bed while trying to stay low-carb. Went to bed regretting the binge but woke up feeling tighter and leaner. Interested in trying it for a slow fat-loss but want to build muscle. I just can't see myself paying $80 for a…
