Yep that's mee...can't stand the feeling of working out right after eating ANYTHING small. :sick: I've been doing my sessions on an empty stomach for awhile now. There's no problem with not eating beforehand.

I can't stand when people are so closed minded to new information. If you see someone with results, why not take their advice? Who cares if they don't have a degree/education in that particular field; they have evidence. :huh:

I've done it and loved it. :wink: Workouts were quick, intense, and challenging. And you always had the option to double the 25 minuites to a complete 50 min session. There are plenty of threads already on this topic. Try using the search button above! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

It's fine to have that as your hobby but just decrease it a bit and take a day or two off.......and maybe add in some lifts Lifting is amazing and addicting also. Does wonders to the body :flowerforyou: Good luck!

I don't think age matters in the sense of this topic. I have a few pals on here 40+ who've lifted and didn't have problems with skin elasticity. It could be genes. Also, it just takes time filling out.

I honestly do not get this thread. Forgive me for sounding naive, but you know about reducing body fat but don't think it's important as far as losing your "batwings"? So you want effective lifting techniques to help you along with your diet? ..i shall *Sigh* with you.
