I chose 1lb per week; I'm 19, 145 lbs, goal weight 120. And I'm lightly active. I do yoga 5x/wk, martial arts 5x/wk, and light house work and what not daily. The websites are all telling me 1,200 is way to low, if I was sedentary i would need 1,600 or ligtly active 2,000.

Hi, If it helps at all, you definately shouldn't go below 1,200 calories a day. But my fitness pal swings way too low on the protien, consider that an active person should have 1-2 grams of protien per pound. There are some things you can definately got over on.
