My daily goal is 1,000 calories a day which would be 60% of my daily caloric needs if I was sedentary. The body goes into starvation at about 50% so I am still getting what I need but creating a 700 calorie deficit. I've been cross checking myfitnesspal's caloric caluclations and they all say i should be eating 2,050 wile mfp says I should have 1,400? Which one should I go by? Does any one else disagree with the computer?
