Need help staying on track

Hello everyone! I need a bit of help.
I live with my boyfriend whos always been skinny, so he eats like you wouldn't believe. He goes to the gas station daily for redbull and canned starbucks, constant ice cream, cookies, chocolate, candy, I'm mean, everything that derails me...
Anyone else have this problem?
Any ideas about how I can stay on track in a house with the cookie monster? What does everyone else do?

My bf is the same way.....he eats take out like its going out of style!
For me, since I really enjoy cooking, that is my solution. I cook us dinner often, making something I know he will like and giving him a bigger portion or just finding cool "sneaky" healthy recipes- stuff he likes but I know I can handle the calories.
The snacking definitely is more difficult. I would say try and have snacks of your own that are healthier on hand so that you can munch along at least.
Ultimately, if this is important to you, you should be able to talk to him about it and ask that he be a bit more sensitive. He doesn't have to give up his snacks, but maybe he can agree to healthier ones when you're around and stuff his face with the good stuff when you're not thereIf he's a good boyfriend and you make a reasonable request he will understand!
