Thats so true, I'm currently addicted to the 3 musketeers Truffle Crisps, They are awesome and i'm ok until I eat one then 3 more later I hate myself for eating them. I just have to stay away, and I need more water I think, I drink way to much pop.

Well I think i'm alittle late but wanted to join in here. I also have one of those leslie sansone videos, its the 3 mile weight loss walk(power walk) I do it everynight before I leave work. i think it's working some I lost 3 pounds last week and done it only 3 nights. Good luck everyone!!

What do I do about my stomach? I have lost 17 pounds and I can tell some difference but I don't know what to do exercise wise to lose my stomach.
