My gym is $44/month, it's a 24 hour gym with no amenities. You pay extra for classes, no childcare, no pool, courts, etc. This seems steep to me. BUT I get a discount for being on the Rescue Squad so it's $22/month for me.

Also a bridesmaid (trying to lose 20 pounds), but by September! Weight comes off VERY slow for me though!

I chew sugar-free cinnamon gum after dinner to curb cravings (or really any flavor would work). Probably isn't the best strategy, but it works for me. ALSO though, I usually have a couple bites of dessert. 3 is enough, and satisfies my craving!
