Hi my ñame is Keri. I am on my second DD on my first day i drank my caloríes that I has exercised so I ended up drinking 610 calories. Today I will stay at 500 even if I work out. I was wondering if you ate your excercise calories. He stated in book it was okay just make sure that you are honest about calories. Is this during the induction period as well? Thank you Keri

I am so done with everything. Weigh myself up three lbs. I have done protein. Before and it has always worked. Maybe I just need to go back to the calorie in calorie out add exercise and modify my carbs. I am so tired of this I could just cry.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I appreciate it all. The bottom line is consistency for me. I will continue using low carb for my breakfastvand lunch most dsys butbi am going to go with smsrt choices and calorie in calorie out. Thanks again Keri

I have a question I just got my body media fit set up account linked with myfitness pal and it is showing -619 for activity so it has me as 1900 calories for the day what does that mean? I am not sure this all works do i strictly consume calories it says now when I wear body fit all day? but i havent had on today? thanks…

Do you add extra calories for working out or you just stay at 1200 to 1300 everyday no matter what
