Discouraged wedding less then two months away
I am so discouraged it is lest than two months away and I have actually gained weight. What am I doing wrong everything I don't stick with the program. Alcohol ??
I have been on program for 4 days and have lost 1 lb yesterday said four today said one. Tom we are going on our first poker run if I drink alcohol will I really mess things up. I usually don't drink but this is a special event. So it would just be for Tom and maybe one tonight. Any suggestions ? Thanks keri

elminate reduce carbs or calorie in calorie out theory
I lost 30 lbs two years ago and gained it all back in one year. Now here I am again wanting to eliminate carbs because it is fast and my body responds to it.
