Help 1200 or more

My bmr says 2500. So should I eat no less than 1500 and then still add exercise calories as well? What has worked for you 1200 or something different. Thanks

Your BMR is 2500? That seems high to me...Maybe that is your TDEE? If so, then 2500-20% (-500) = 2000 per day.
I'd say make sure yo have the right number and do not eat below your BMR for any length of time. If that is really your TDEE, then I'd eat at 2000...but check your numbers first.0 -

^ This. Double check your numbers. 2500 is probably your TDEE. Eat 2000kcal per day to lose weight. And remember never eat below your BMR.0
