I wasn't going to post tonight...but I want to stay accountable...so here it goes... Goals for tomorrow: 1) drink 64 ounces or more of water 2) work out for at least one hour 3) do some last minute Christmas shopping...ugh.. Have a great night...keep up the great work everyone. ~Mandie

Well I guess 2 out of 4 is ok...Here's to doing better tomorrow... 1) up by 7:30 to be at work by 8:30am... 2) drink at least 64 ounces of water 3) work out with fit coach 4) don't eat into my exercise calories... Well I made it to the gym and worked out for 30 minutes! I definitely drank at least 64 ounces of water... but I didn't quite complete an assessment...not writing it up anyway...I did do two assessment interviews...which take about an hour and half each so that ate a big part of my day... Yeah!!! I met all my goals today!!! Goals for tomorrow: 1) get up early and go to the gym to work out for 30-45 minutes before work 2) drink lots and lots of water....at least 64 ounces 3) complete at least one assessment at work (I have like 5 or 6 that I am working on) Have a great night ~ ~Mandie

I generally go to bed on weeknights before 10 pm...usually between 9 and 9:30pm. Well I didn't quite make it up until right at 8 am...so I didn't make that one...but I did drink more water today than I usually do, and I made it to the Christmas party, stayed under my calorie goal and made it to the gym...for an awesome workout...well...a kick *kitten* workout...literally...i fell on my butt at least…
