I'm still here and still need this challenge.
My 3 goals Friday were:
1. to continue to clean my bedroom.
2. make a detailed list of things to do this today.
3. try to drink a gallon of water
I completed 2 of these goals. Inever set foot into my bedroom! But was happy to get in exercise & water. I will keep the same goals.
Today my 3 goals are:
1. to continue to clean my bedroom.
2. make a detailed list of things to do this today.
3. try to drink a gallon of water

From 12/22/11:Goals for tomorrow:
1) drink 64 ounces or more of water
2) work out for at least one hour
3) do some last minute Christmas shopping...ugh..

Ok...so I've been slacking for the last two days...I did workout on Friday...walked with hubby...but not at my usual pace and not as long as usual...didn't make it for an hour...and I did get my 64 ounces of water in on Friday and I did get my last minute Christmas shopping done..
but...
I didn't post a reply with my update since thursday...I have felt less than motivated lately...with workouts and with eating...still doing ok...staying under calorie goals, before exercise...and with the exception of yesterday, i have worked out everyday since starting my workouts a week and a half ago...it seems much longer than that...but anyhow...so I guess I need to get back into the swing of setting my goals...so here goes...hope you all had a wonderful holiday!
Goals for 12/26/11:
1) Work out for at least one hour: minimum 30 minutes cardio...
2) drink 64 ounces of water...very important as i didn't get this much today...
3) put clothes away...take care of laundry...

Goals for December 24 and 25:
1. Water!--Yes.
2. Workout or a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes. ---Yes on the 24th, no on the 25th.
3. Stay in my calorie goal.(But don't stress about it!)--No. (No, and back on track!)
It was a good day yesterday, even though the treats were a little hard to resist. I had already decided to not stress about it and I didn't. I am back on track today and plan on keeping the less healthy treats out of sight and to go easy on the others!

I completed all 3 of these goals! Of course I can do more in my room but laundry is away, floor is clear & that makes me happy!
Today my 3 goals are:
1. to take a great hike with my dog
2. to drink a gallon of water
3. to make a list of forgotten Christmas items & take care of it0 -

So, despite the best of intentions, yesterday was a total FAIL! A BAD day and mostly because I was tired. I did get a good night's sleep last night and I WILL do better today!

Goals for December 29:
1. Water! --Yes.
2. Stay in my calorie goal. --No.
3. 2 mile walking workout. --Yes, plus a 30 minute walk with my grandson in his stroller.
Too much sugar yesterday. Well, at least it is all gone now--my son finished off the cookies last night. I am planning some healthy snack foods for New Year's Eve. We're not doing much--just hanging out at home. I'm thinking of going for a walk at midnight--if I even stay up that late!
Amy--I have to say, I admire your work starting time goal. For years now I have had a seasonal job where the number of hours counted more than the actual time I start for the day. I'm trying to find a permanent job now and if I do I guess I'll have to get used to a fixed schedule again!
