    1. Water! --Yes.
    2. Stay in my calorie goal. --Yes.
    3. 2 mile walking workout..--DONE! Another 2 miles, also!

    MUCH better! Now to do it again!

    Goals for December 29:
    1. Water! --Yes.
    2. Stay in my calorie goal. --No.
    3. 2 mile walking workout. --Yes, plus a 30 minute walk with my grandson in his stroller.

    Too much sugar yesterday. Well, at least it is all gone now--my son finished off the cookies last night. I am planning some healthy snack foods for New Year's Eve. We're not doing much--just hanging out at home. I'm thinking of going for a walk at midnight--if I even stay up that late!

    Amy--I have to say, I admire your work starting time goal. For years now I have had a seasonal job where the number of hours counted more than the actual time I start for the day. I'm trying to find a permanent job now and if I do I guess I'll have to get used to a fixed schedule again!

    Goals for December 30:
    1. Water!
    2. Stay in my calorie goal.
    3. 2 mile walking workout.

    I'm still here and still need this challenge.

    My 3 goals Monday were:
    1. to continue to clean my bedroom.
    2. make a detailed list of things to do this today.
    3. try to drink a gallon of water


    I am going to say that since Monday I have completed these goals.

    Today my 3 goals are:
    1. to take a great hike with my dog
    2. to drink a gallon of water
    3. to find a balance between getting back on track & having one final (food) fling.

    It's funny you should comment on that, pjmsmom. The reason I have it as a goal is because my work hrs. are so flexible, but the earlier I get in, the earlier I get out. It takes much effort to get myself out of the house before 10 or 11.

    3. 2 mile walking workout.--No. It was a nice day and I got 4 miles of outside walking done instead.

    Yeah, that's how my job worked, too. I had x hours a day to work but could work them when I wanted. I had gotten to the point, though, that I wanted them done early so I could have the rest of the day to do whatever I wanted to do! Of course that means I have to get to bed earlier but that isn't usually a problem for me!
