Hi all, I am originally from Ohio in the USA but am living in Brisbane now. Love it here!

I do the audiobook thing with headphones on. I have a ringing in my ears that makes it hard for me to fall asleep without some kind of noise. Anyway a boring book on tape works for me LOL

Hi Jane, funny thing I had gestational diabetes with my last child and because of the serious diet they had me on lost weight. I was a smaller weight just before I delivered than I had been my entire adult life. Of couse I have since gained it all back :( Anyway welcome to you!

Great topic, I know how this feels but have faith that any change to my diet and exercise from what I was doing will eventually pay off.
