Hey everyone, just started myfitnesspal and so far am really enjoying it! I also got my friend to join in on the fun. :) Just wanted to say hello to everyone and wish you all good luck on your weight loss and nutrition goals! (No matter how big or small.) Keep up the good work and keep your eyes on the prize! (And wish me the same!)

    Welcome! this is a great way to track your calories. I have lost some weight using MFP. The best part of it is to become aware of what you eat and to substitute some food for other foods that are healthier. My Goal is to lose about 70 pounds. Good luck. :-):smile: :smile:
  • Thank you so much everyone for your kind words and motivation! I just got done running on the dreaded treadmill for the first time in a long time and even though it was exhausting, it felt so good afterwords! :happy: I hope I can incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercising into my daily routine.
