I'm 5'5". The British National Health Website (NHS) advises that a person who is is 5'5" should weigh 137lbs so that's what I'm aiming for. Have 7lbs to go and I think this will suit me. Although these last few pounds seem to be the hardest to lose. Good luck!

Yes but peanut butter contains good fats which break down the bad saturated fat and actually help you lose weight. Has omega oils in it and all the necessary minerals such as zinc, magnesium, etc.. Read "The Food Doctor"
