I am 5'5" and my goal is 120. My highest weight was in the 170s, and I am currently in the low 140s. My calorie goal is 1200 calories a day.

I work in a restaurant, and we do not have calorie counts on our menu. I help customers on diets (because it's how I eat myself) by telling them to get things they know they can count. I have a one on my side that says "Sei il mio sole", which means "You are my sunshine" in Italian. There are also two large roses and thingys that wrap around. I love it, and plan on getting my next one this month for my graduation/10lb lost reward.
