Don't worry about it. It's probably water weight, Try reduce your salt intake because to much salt in your body retain the water from passing out... That might cause you feeling bloated for couples of days

*Eating small portions *reducing your carbs intake *No foods after 7 or 8pm Try that for a week you will see a big improvement. Don't worry you can thank me later lol.

Plan your meals ahead of time and make sure you drink a lot of water before dinner to suppress your appetite. Make sure you get rid of all the junk foods so you don't fall in to temptation, swap the junk foods for fruits (apples,carrots,grapes,banana)

Try eating small amount of carbs or fibre couple of hours before your weight lighting session. It really help and release slow energy
