  • Have you tried the ones with the fruit on the bottom? I loooove the Chobani peach flavored the best. I don't love regular yogurt so this is delicious to me....but it's a matter of personal taste. You could always find other protein sources that work for you :) Good luck!

  • You need to eat more for sure! You're putting your body into starvation mode...so it slows down your metabolism in order to use less energy to sustain you all day. I just learned I was doing this about 2 weeks ago and have changed my diet. I've never eat so much in my life, but the pounds are coming off!
