  • Me too!!! So frustrating.. nursing makes me so hungry. I know I'm eating way more calories than I need but so hungry all the time! I was 160ish before my first son, then hovered around 200 for 3 yrs until I got preg with my second, was 218 the day he was born (BEFORE 9 lbs of him came out :) ) and am 216 today... sigh.
  • Welcome back! Congrats on your baby - enjoy every minute, it goes by so fast! Good luck to you!
  • thanks for the reply! I normally don't eat much meat either so struggle to find protein sources.. love chickpeas! Where do you buy brown rice protein powder? Sent you a friend request if you don't mind! :)
  • Yes! Hungry all. the. time. Today I ate almost 3000 calories. Try to fill up on fruits and veggies, but find they don't keep me full for long. So I don't have any advice, but would love input from others! I am hoping that since my LO is starting some solids my appetite will even out.
  • I had it after my first son and didn't like it.. I felt it all the time and developed anxiety around the time I got it in (maybe coincidence, I don't know). But a lot of people really like it.. so who knows!
  • My son was 5 months on the 21st! I'm still figuring this all out but I know you can add breastfeeding as a "food" - if you search it will come up as a negative calorie food or you can also add it as exercise. I think everyone does it differently - what works for other people?
  • Looking for some friends too - I've added some of you! I gained 40 pounds while breastfeeding my first son, now breastfeeding my second - 5 months old - and hoping to finally start losing some of the weight.
  • Thanks for the ideas - I think I need to make some healthy cookies!
