I hate the Navy calculator. The PFA in general and the emtire program. How many times have you seen that huge guy or gal who gets the pass because they have a huge neck (males), or a tiny waist( females)? A very poor program indeed. Sorry, not trying to blast you, just venting. Im sure you'll make your goal.

Your body is mostly water. Your heart is a pump which runs off of salt and water. You cannot live without either. That being said, 6 pounds, wow! Seems like some other process is in play.

I have to break it up into smaller goals (hence the 8lb goal). Ultimately I'm working towards about 25ish, but I'm part of the instant gratification generation. 8 is achievable for me in a short (6wk) timeframe.
