Well I usually have one "free" day a week it usually lands somewhere in the weekend it keeps me sane lol but I think something that always helps me fight off those temptations is simply asking my self "is this the last time this meal/snack will ever be available to me?" most of the time its not I just know that junk is…

Yea I would agree with working out! I would eat the rest of the day but try to keep it light. I did that my first week on MFP I really started watching my food after that good luck! :)

Breakfast burritos, a couple of corn tortillas 100 calories for 2 usually, egg whites, turkey bacon 1 slice @ 30calories, or turkey sausage 3 links usually 100 calories, couple of tbl spoons of salsa usually only 10 calories. Sucks you gotta skip the cheese for a couple of days :( they're pretty quick and easy though.

If I have the extra calories to spare I'll have a sweet treat, but I keep a box of werthers sugar free hard candies next to my bed just in case my late night sweet tooth kicks in. They're only 8 calories each :)

That makes more sense. The last time I weighed myself was two weeks ago, but I went really hard last week and my muscles were pretty sore. Hopefully thats it :)
