I used MFP about a year and a half ago and lost a good chuck of the weight i wanted to but started to slide just after Christmas. I've decided to give it another go as well

really impressive :smile: I am trying to increade the amount of time i spend in the pool, I find it easier on my body than running but it is rather boring and obviousley no mp3

hi everyone i'm sam 39 and dad of two. I would like to loose 2 stone ( yep i know thats a lot) before the the weather turns nice again. I lost about that much in the last six months of last year but put some back on over christmas and know would like to get back on track again

well after a wobble at the start of the week am back on track, and as i don't have to start work until 1pm tomorrow i am counting this evening as still the weekend so its Magners and ice time :drinker:

This month started so well but today it's run into a brick wall. This week is going well and the rest of the month is looking good :smile: but only because I've only got the one weekend off work between now and Oct :explode: But boy am I looking forward to that weelend!

I am going to try to keep to only drinking at the weekends, but having failed to keep to this last month I am glad its 1st and time to start over. :drinker:

I used to duck into McDonalds or BK, I manage to avoid them now by always taking food to work with me not taking much cash. I am up for the challange I put 3 kg back on over the last few weeks.

I managed to keep to 3 nights a week but did not lose any weight, I did not put any on either so a draw over the month. I will have to try harder i August :smile:

3 days a week sounds reasonable and i like to think i am a reasonable guy. I quit smoking Feb 2009 it was hard, I found the sugar free nicotine gum the just plain sugar free gum was the way forward for me but not a day goes by that i don't want the next "cancer stick". But i really do not want to go back to day one again. So good luck and I hope it works out for you.

I am not sure if this will help, but for me its crisps ( or chips for our US friends) and I'll eat them knowing that I'll have to work them off the same day ( this is why i exercise first thing in the morning so I have some credit to play with if need be). Anyway good luck hope you find a solution that works for you.
