Dont be too hard on yourself and understand that you are only human! It's ok! :-) You could always make sure to get some exercise in today still! My bestie and I stupidly at the frosting off a donut today and ate a brownie each... its amazing how bad you feel after!

Well my dilemma is that Im getting "swole" lol from doing weights and i have stopped losing body fat! Oh well... just cant win :bigsmile:

:happy: So i have a question about heart rate monitors... can you wear them all day... such as wear the chest band with a polar during workouts and taking it off after then just wearing the wrist piece for the remainder of the day... will it track your total calories burned during the day?

If you wear the chest strap do you have to wear the watch as well? I feel like if I wear the chest strap I'll ruin it with the amount of sweat that I produce! haha! If only wearing…
