  • I go through the same problem, during the week im under my calories and then the weekend i mess it all up. Im trying to eat something small during the day so thqt the rest of calories can go to my night out. Its amazing how many calories just a few drinks have

  • You can do it- just stay focused. I completly feel off last night- couldnt say no to the beer and chip & dips. It was so good but after i ate i felt horrible for ruining my entire day of food. But today is a new day and im back on track.
  • Today was PIZZA day at my office- i think i did good because i only took one good size piece and ate just the toppings, it was just enough to satisfy the craving and without the dough didnt take all my calories!! I tried to say no to it all together but the temptation was to much. ugh
  • Twix ice cream has a 90 calorie version- the bar is small but tastes so good when your craving sweets. Just enough to tide you over.
  • The hardest part of changing my calorie intake is giving up the beer and drinks on the weekend. Ive just cut back on tha amount- Im sure im wasting tons of calories on it. I had no idea how many calories were in a six pack- wow
  • i always seem to eat when he eats even if im not hungry- and of coarse a man can eat alot more with out gaining.. Ive gotta work on my self control and push the huge appitizers away!

  • LOL- i tell that to my boyfriend all the time- since we started dating i have put on weight- With love came lbs. Im def making him read this.

  • Logging my food intake everyday seems to help- seeing the calories really makes me accountable. Ive got faith that this will help me with my weight loss.
  • I understand where your coming from- Ive been doing the same things and have barely lost any pounds. Just keep living healthy and the weight will come off- at least thats what i keep hearing.
