Nice list! I've done the teeth brushing, and am definitely working on sittting up straight. Even standing up straight in the mirror makes an actual considerable size difference in myself I've noticed.

I lost about 40 pounds from cardio a couple of years ago, so I kind of don't agree with this article. I think pairing cardio and lifting/interval training is one of the best things. It's definitely not completely useless.

Mine is just a digital, it was only like 19.99 :( I think I am going to get the 40 dollar one I saw, is it sunbeam? That's what the one I saw was, lol. I remember the brand cause it's the same brand as my electric heating blanket <3 haha

Are home scales more accurate than the ones at the doctors? I have always wondered that.

Yes it is always in the morning. :( I am going to weigh myself again tomorrow morning, and see. The only thing is, I weighed myself less than a minute after I did the first time, and got the 2 very different weights. I really think I might get a different scale or something.

I add about half a tablespoon of light mayonnaise, (only time I ever use mayo..it actually disgusts me. I guess thats a good thing) and some pepper, on whole wheat bread toasted. This makes me want tuna! ahh. Too late, too late. Those extra 386 calories can stay extra, ahh.

I do often, because that day that you weigh, there's so many factors. You might be retaining water, etc. I'm always scared I'm going to be disappointed :(
