hey. have uc , no surgeries yet but the constant struggle of weight gain / weight loss due to medications . and of course the disease itself. send me an add if you want...iI once lost 50lbs using mfp but gained it all back with a steroid treatment I was undergoing. now just trying to get back into it

this is my pictures. i started last november and have lost about 45lbs...i havent taken a picture recently but i am now 133lbs, im happy where i am now but i may just try to hit 130lbs.

Bump. Lost weight steadily untill I hit 135lbs and now I'm stuck. Would love to get down 10 more lbs

no workouts really. never been to a gym...i like to hike and snowboard, thats where i burn a lot of cals...when i first started this i would just walk for an hour a day, seemed to get the ball rolling

I started all this at 180lbs, I'm currently 137lbs. My GW was 145 and now that I've got there and passed it I'm happy, but would like to focus on toning and looking fit! It's definatly not all about the scale anymore, rather how I look and feel.

OK So im not sure if theres a huge difference...well i can say my cheeks look much smaller...but here is my before and after shot...31lbs lighter

5'4 1/2 24 yrs old. Sw:176lbs GW:145 currently at 143.8lbs...after hitting 145 I think I can afford to loose 10more lbs, but if not I'm happy here too!

Mon-fri I started out just doing walks... 1-2hrs a day. Now I do my walks and about an hour of pushups,sit ups,leg raises ect

THANKS :):) I have to say I barely ever ate back my exercise calories. The only time i would is when I would burn 2000 in a day where i was hiking or snowboarding. My body would just get so hungry and I could tell. so I would eat maybe 500-800cals more on those days...

ive been using MFP to loose for close to 150 days (so like 5 ish months)...and Christmas,new years and easter holidays were in there so it defiantly wasn't 150 days straight lol

honestly for the first few months i was very anxious about everything. i would eat like a rabbit and would get no where. I found that just making sure i got those calories for the day and at least getting some sort of excersise just gave me so much more energy and power to go on. during those weeks when i didnt loose…

yesterday i did over 300... i thought this was a 200 challenge. lol. it hurt so bad while i was doing them but then today i dont feel sore at all.hm,mmmm
