Count me in I just finished week 3. So far so good got fitted for good running shoes and that really helped.

I just got a Polar FT 7 about 3 weeks ago and love it. It has a very comfy chest strap and seems very accurate. I did some research and most folks think you need a chest strap to get really accurate HR and calorie burn.

I love my polar FT7. Very comfortable and accurate. It doesn't give distance. I am traing for a 5k and use an app on my iPhone called "ease into 5k" and it has gps option and it is tracking my distance and my running speed.

I love my Polar FT7. The band around the chest is so comfortable sometimes I forget and leave it on.

I am paying $10 a month just to use my bodybugg to measure my calorie burn during exercise. I am thinking of switching to a hrm watch. Do you like e one u have.

Seriously- talk about ungrateful babies. Really how did she lose 15 pounds in a week when she is almost at her goal weight.

I use Jillian michaels chocolate protein shake and use unsweetened almond milk (35 cal in a cup) as the base. Add some fruit and crushed ice and it is really tasty.
