Sorry to crash your topic, but this is a similar question that I'm seeking help with! I feel like I'm sleeping TOO much. I've been getting 10-11 hours sleep a night, usually I go to bed at 9:30 and get up at 8ish... is this too long? I heard sleeping too much can have negative effects too...

I really, really dislike garlic bread. I don't know why people are obsessed with it, if I have any I have to drink a tonne of water to get it down, and I get a headache! :((

I smile at everyone I walk/run/bike past, as it's just polite! One of my pet hates is when people don't acknowledge you as you pass them, and it's even more annoying when I make the effort to smile despite how tired I am, and they don't even look at you. Grrr!

This sounds too good to be true... so I popped the ingredients into the recipe maker to see how many calories it really is. I did a similar program to C25K except it's called 'Zombies Run 5k training' and it takes 8 weeks to complete. I find the amount you run increases a lot easier than the C25K so I recommend you look into it. The first week starts with 15sec running 1 min walking as opposed to 30 seconds running in C25K. There actually is a walking app out there! If you've heard of the game Zombies Run! and Zombies Run! 5k training (the same sort of thing as C25K), they've got a similar app called 'The Walk' which you can buy for about a dollar from the app store or google play.
