I like to use music to motivate me to exercise longer and daily. I have a long weight loss journey ahead of me and want to make the ultimate playlist to workout to!
I know this has probably been asked before, but please help me out!
I'll take any genre and from any time period of music!
Thanks.

Have you ever heard of Cross Canadian Ragweed. They are a texas dirt band . A cross between rock and country. They seem to have this beat that makes me walk a little faster and a little farther.
Check them out

Anything upbeat works a treat!

Arctic Monkeys - Snap Out Of Ithttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHoSRT2fNME
MGMT - Time To Pretendhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9dSYgd5Elk
Empire Of The Sun - Alivehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPKAwJKGSDc
Emile Sande - Next To Mehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nwdjQmc_N8
The Kooks - You Don't Love Mehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSLiwzMNIZI

For me, it depends on the workout I'm doing. When I workout hard (I do circuit training and boxing) I prefer rap/pop type music to keep me going. Any song that makes me feel confident, I can work hard. Good luck!
Here are a few songs that I enjoy listening to:
Stronger- Kanye West
Run- Flo Rida
Whine Up- Kat Deluna (feat. Elephant Man)
Calabria 2008- Enur
Promiscuous- Nelly Furtado & Timbaland
Get Buck In Here- DJ Felli Fel (feat. Akon, Lil Jon, Ludacris & Diddy)
Smack That- Akon
Cruise- Florida Georgia LIne (feat. Nelly)
Timber- Pitbull (feat. Ke$ha)
The Way I Are- Timbaland (feat. Keri Hilson & D.O.E)
Beware (Jay-Z Remix)- Punjabi MC0 -
It's Time- Imagine Dragons
Titanium - David Guetta
Happy- Pharrell Williams
If I Had a Heard - Fever Ray
