Favorite Workout Songs/Good Workout Music?

I like to use music to motivate me to exercise longer and daily. I have a long weight loss journey ahead of me and want to make the ultimate playlist to workout to!
I know this has probably been asked before, but please help me out!
I'll take any genre and from any time period of music!
Thanks.

Have you ever heard of Cross Canadian Ragweed. They are a texas dirt band . A cross between rock and country. They seem to have this beat that makes me walk a little faster and a little farther.
    Check them out

  • The Teddybears are an electro-rap group that are absolutely fantastic for a workout.

    Anything upbeat works a treat!
    Some of my favourites:

The Wombats - Lets Dance To The Joy Division
Arctic Monkeys - Snap Out Of It
    MGMT - Time To Pretend
Empire Of The Sun - Alive
Emile Sande - Next To Me
The Kooks - You Don't Love Me

But any songs from the above artists are good! Pretty much every Wombat song is upbeat :)

For me, it depends on the workout I'm doing. When I workout hard (I do circuit training and boxing) I prefer rap/pop type music to keep me going. Any song that makes me feel confident, I can work hard. Good luck! :)

Here are a few songs that I enjoy listening to:

    Stronger- Kanye West
    Run- Flo Rida
Whine Up- Kat Deluna (feat. Elephant Man)
    Calabria 2008- Enur
    Promiscuous- Nelly Furtado & Timbaland
Get Buck In Here- DJ Felli Fel (feat. Akon, Lil Jon, Ludacris & Diddy)
    Smack That- Akon
Cruise- Florida Georgia LIne (feat. Nelly)
    Timber- Pitbull (feat. Ke$ha)
The Way I Are- Timbaland (feat. Keri Hilson & D.O.E)
    Beware (Jay-Z Remix)- Punjabi MC

I love listening to video game soundtracks when I work out, or drum and bass. Currently I've been listening to the soundtrack for resogun and it's great!

My favorite songs I love to workout to are 3 doors down-its not my time, comeback kid-wake the dead, fireflight-unbreakable, puddle of mudd- blurry, breaking Benjamin-cold, rhcp- by the way,paramore-decode, ugh the list can go on and on lol, but its personal preference and what your feeling that day, sometimes I like some pop or hip hop..good music does help you workout longer and harder!
