I think Eye Of The Tiger is one of the most played workout songs ever. I listen to it all the time. Same goes for Eminem. The faster he raps the faster I go!

Christian Rock/Alternative music. Not the churchy gospel songs, but stuff like Flyleaf, Skillet, Audio Adrenaline, Toby Mac, etc. Its gotta be upbeat and I also find it very motivating.

Whenever im not working out, I have a pretty wide variety I like to listen to. Whenever im working out, I tend to keep it more aimed towards fast paced rock/alternative rock/metal

A couple things i've been jamming to lately that goes good with my workout:

    What a day - Nonpoint (
Not Gonna Die - Skillet (
    Emery - Party Song (
    Volbeat - A Warriors Call (
    De Staat - Sweatshop (
Egypt Central - Taking You Down (
Egypt Central - White Rabbit (
    Celldweller - Tough Guy (
    Breaking Benjamin - Sugarcoat (
    Puscifer - The Mission (

Can suggest more if anyone is into the above listed.

I like heavy metal and trailer music. There's nothing like aggression to get the blood pumping for me.
