I would try doing sexy songs.......... For some reason working out and sweating = sexy mood. I like listening to "birthday sex (the remix)" by Jeremih.... its up tempo... I also like Ciara's "Body Party (Remix)"0

Christian Rock/Alternative music. Not the churchy gospel songs, but stuff like Flyleaf, Skillet, Audio Adrenaline, Toby Mac, etc. Its gotta be upbeat and I also find it very motivating.0
