Does white tea count towards your water intake?

I ask because I drink about 3-5 glasses of water a day (depending on whether I exercise) but about 5-6 cups of white, tetley tea. Am I getting enough water through that, or should I still aim for 8 glasses of pure water?

Yes.
It's basically just like 'infused water'. You still get the hydration benefits. So even though there are various arguments, I'd go ahead and add it! As long as it's plain tea.

That's fine. The suggested recommendation that you are getting enough fluid (sorry, does not include alcohol
) intake is if you have 5 "clear'ish" urinations a day.
